Fight Results
145 USACA Title - Jeremy Hontz (Twin Wolves) vs. Dominic Rodriguez (4oz. fight club) One of the few matches with techhnical groundwork. Both fighters did a good job escaping with Dominic managing to roll out of a very tight armbar at one point. Jeremy took this one at the end via decision.
155 USACA Title â Nick Felder (Gracie Barra) vs. Gilbert Jimenez (Powerhouse MMA) Gilbert “Pitbull” Jimenez gets the win via KO in the first round after chasing down Felder.Â
125Â Martin Garcia (Gracie Barra) vs. Ed Rosino (Bushi Ban)Â Garcia gets this the win here after knocking out the Bushi Ban product.
135Â Marcus Dupar (Rocky Long MMA) vs. Ben Oliver (Elite MMA)Â Marcus Dupar comes through for the victory via right hook KO over Oliver, who was controlling the action on the ground until he got caught.
155Â Aaron Croon (Team Tooke) vs Arnold Gutierrez (Legion MMA)Â Croon got the decision win over his much shorter opponent after controlling the distance of the fight for 3 rounds.
Vicente Gama (Rising Sun Karate) vs. Julian Vega (Elite MMA Baytown)Â Quick rear naked choke victory for the Elite MMA Baytown product. They say Vega is a baby clone of fellow Elite fighter Jordan Rivas, who should be up for a LSBD title shot at 170.
Cesar Gonzales (Silverback MMA) vs. Waylon Ward (Kuk Sool Won)Â Cesar wins this match but not without some fireworks as Waylon came out running with a flying knee that connected. If Waylon was a little more experienced on the ground, he may have gotten an armbar but Cesar pounding him on the ground for the duration of the fight to victory.
170Â Travis Moore (Twin Wolves) vs. Michael Szanyi (World Martial Arts)Â Travis Moore wins this one.
Justin Murray (Bushi Ban) vs. Alex Moreno (Gracie Barra Woodlands)Â Alex Moreno took the fight home via knockout victory.
Dominik Bukovicky (Elite MMA) vs. Jeremy Morris (World Martial Arts)Â Jeremy Morris earned a convincing unanimous decision victory over Bukovicky via more strikes.

Lonestar Beatdown 10 is coming to Houston, TX this Friday, June 5th, at 8pm. The card will be a strong one for the Arena Theatre crowd as LSBD has put together THREE title fights for this event.
